The STAHLWILLE 96521079 Calibration System 7794-2/1000 is an advanced electronic torque calibration solution engineered for professional calibration laboratories, quality assurance departments, and industrial maintenance environments. Featuring the innovative perfectControl® system with a motorised drive, it significantly reduces the time and effort required for the calibration, testing, and adjustment of torque wrenches while ensuring exceptional measurement accuracy and repeatability.

Designed to perform measurements without shifting the point of force application, the system minimizes measurement uncertainty and delivers highly reliable calibration results. A precision bearing spindle and finely controlled motor drive help eliminate operator influence, while optimized bearings and square drives for the transducers ensure outstanding calibration precision across a wide range of torque applications.

The 7794-2/1000 supports the calibration of both click-type and indicating torque wrenches. Its QuickRelease locking system allows rapid transducer changes, reducing downtime and improving workflow efficiency. An ergonomic bridge support with an eccentric clamp enables convenient single-handed operation, further streamlining calibration procedures in busy laboratory environments.

For enhanced traceability and quality documentation, measured values can be automatically transferred to a PC via the integrated USB interface. Calibration results can be archived digitally, while calibration certificates can be generated, printed, and saved as PDF files. The system supports complete documentation of both "as found" and "as left" calibration conditions, helping organizations maintain compliance with internal quality procedures and international standards.

The calibration software supports DIN EN ISO 6789 calibration requirements in multiple languages, with additional standards and factory-specific calibration procedures available upon request. When used with the optional extension No. 7791-1, the system can perform calibrations up to 1,000 N·m. Calibration of transducers using a torque reference wrench is also available on request.
