The Tohnichi STC200CN3-G Digital Torque Screwdriver is a high-precision torque and angle measuring tool designed for low-torque assembly, production fastening, inspection, and quality control applications. With a torque range of 20–200 cN·m, 0.1 cN·m resolution, and compatibility with standard 1/4" hex bits, it delivers exceptional fastening accuracy while capturing both torque and rotation angle for enhanced process validation and traceability.

Unlike conventional torque screwdrivers, the STC200CN3-G simultaneously measures peak tightening torque and final rotation angle, allowing operators to identify fastening abnormalities such as double tightening, insufficient rotation, galling, and thread seizure. Programmable upper and lower limits automatically provide Pass/Fail judgment, helping improve assembly quality and reduce costly defects.

A bright OLED display presents torque, angle, memory number, battery status, and Bluetooth connection status, while the 360-degree multicolor LED notification ring and audible buzzer provide instant visual and audible feedback for pre-alarm, tightening completion, and OK/NG results. The reversible display ensures comfortable viewing regardless of working position.

Built for modern manufacturing environments, the STC200CN3-G features Bluetooth® connectivity for bidirectional communication with compatible tightening management software on Windows® PCs and iPad® devices. Bluetooth® HOGP keyboard mode enables measurement data to be entered directly into Microsoft Excel® and other applications without specialized software. A USB Type-C port supports battery charging and wired serial communication.

The screwdriver stores up to 1,000 measurement records, including torque, rotation angle, and Pass/Fail results, with onboard batch export and deletion capabilities. Additional features such as clockwise/counterclockwise measurement, peak hold, auto-zero, automatic memory, auto reset, over-torque alarm, and automatic power-off simplify daily operation while protecting the internal sensor.

Powered by a rechargeable Ni-MH battery, the STC200CN3-G provides approximately 50 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. Each unit includes a factory calibration certificate and quick-start guide, making it an excellent choice for electronics manufacturing, medical device assembly, aerospace production, precision engineering, and quality assurance environments.
