Overview

The FDX-1000 Fluid Dispenser by Flexible Assembly Systems is designed for today’s factories and workstations. Equipped with a robust anodized aluminum housing, 7” touchscreen display, stepper controlled peristaltic pump, remote digital and TCP/IP control. This fluid dispenser is great for both bench top assembly stations and automated assembly stations. 

Three programming modes are included, shot mode, custom shot mode, and continuous mode. Shot mode is great for thread lock applications from m2-m10 screws. Custom shot mode allows the user to customize the speed and time of each dispense. Continuous mode is great for bead dispensing and will run until the user releases the input or presses cancel.
