Frequently Asked Questions

What is the torque range of the DFT060TMZ?

The DFT060TMZ has a torque range from 2 to 6 Nm.

Did you know that the average max torque range of an electric screwdriver can range from 3 - 5 Nm?

Transducerized Cordless Screwdrivers like the DFT060TMZ, are most commonly used for medium to heavy assembly applications where precise torque control is required.
Most clutch controlled assembly tools have an accuracy / repeatability of +/-5% however this is most commonly determined by the type of joint. A soft joint is going to be very forgiving while the tool can react adversely to a hard joint.
There is a mechanical adjustment on the tool but you will require a digital torque tester with a run down adapter (joint simulator) to validate the output torque of the tool. Please click here for a link to our selection of torque testers.
Most manufacturers have a one year warranty, free from defects. However, the Flex Warranty offers two more additional years of coverage.
