730 Fix a/20 | Click-Type Service Torque Wrench, 14 x 18mm insert, 350–1800 in lbs
Overview
The Stahlwille Service 730 Fix a/20 is purpose-built for consistent torque delivery in high-volume production environments. This click-type torque wrench integrates a tamper-resistant adjustment mechanism that prevents unintentional setting changes. After the target torque is set, the knob can be unscrewed and locked using the supplied TORX® tamper-resistant screw and adhesive seals. The torque setting becomes fixed and can only be modified by breaking the seal — an ideal solution for regulated or ISO-audited assembly lines.
Engineered for flexibility and precision, the wrench supports interchangeable insert tools and allows for clockwise or anticlockwise tightening by reversing the insert. A QuickSelect quick-action adjuster enables fast, accurate torque settings, while the dual stop signal (audible and tactile) ensures clear feedback at the point of torque release.
The display window includes a double scale with color-coded units (N·m/ft·lb and ft·lb/in·lb), making it quick to read in any setting. The wrench only applies measurement force during load, eliminating the need for manual reset to zero. Built for durability, it features a two-component ergonomic handle with green soft-grip surfaces that are resistant to oils, grease, brake fluid, Skydrol, and fuels.
Each unit comes factory-certified per DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017, with a ±3% display deviation, and is compatible with perfectControl® calibration systems 7794 or 7706. No disassembly is required for readjustment. The tool is delivered in a sturdy plastic box, with sizes 80–100 housed in a steel case.
